Are we there yet?

Well that’s what it felt like, across the weekend Big Mike and myself made the journey all the way down to Lonsdale in the dirty south to JDM Spares to get some more parts for Mona Lisa.
In usual Big Mike style he lives by the adage of go hard or go home. So we picked up the majority of an S15’s suspension components to be put into Mona.

Pictured here is the crown jewl, a complete rear end with a mech 2-way diff (not pictured) and pineapples. This is our summer project as it won’t be a bolt in affair.
Here is the rest of the haul hubs, lca’s and knuckles not a bad score for only $1650 total.

The Zeds have been getting some loving this week, as the S13 gear comes out of one and into the other. Only problem is that S13 is 4 stud and Mona is 5. Solution? Buy S15 stuff! Managed to source a fair amount of S15 suspension gear cheapish and now just have to pick it all up from the dirty south. Even managed to get a complete rear cradle for an up-and-coming mod that’s in the planning stages.
Hope to see the front end in and completed by mid next week ready for the next TB prac on the 21st.
