So Close it Hurts

Im tired and worn out and its because of this, for the past two weeks ive had no more than 5 hours sleep a night trying to get this motor started.
A friend of Timmy D’s Mason has come on board to help out and we couldn’t of got this far without him.

In short the car has been completely re-wired, had new sensors installed, had the timing gear reset, CAS reset, throttle Bleed valves Re-set.
It was all wrong, that’s the danger in buying someone else abandoned project.

We have had problems communicating with the ecu, problems with the computer hardware and  killed two batteries.
It for the most part hasn’t been fun at all.

However, that chapter in the build is largely closed as i type this we are setting up the final base tune to get the old girl going again.
Here at Ghetto Garage we don’t quit we keep fighting to Party On another day 🙂

Levin The Dream

Since purchase a few weeks ago Timmy has treated his Levin Notch to a complete service of all fluids plugs and filters.
He has also installed some 7kg coilover springs in the front to replace the 6kg ones previously installed.
Also he has fitted up a Cusco up rated rear sway-bar as the car didn’t have one fitted when purchased.

Timmy really is “Levin” The Dream 🙂
Stay tuned for its first track debut this weekend at the Mad Automotive private day
